Here at talkSPORT we are championing Time To Change by helping change attitudes towards mental health. Lewis Moody was one of the most high-profile and recognisable rugby players of the Noughties. A combative flanker, he won the World Cup with England in 2003, was part of the team beaten in the final by South Africa in 2007 and captained his country at the 2011 tournament in New Zealand.
